The big news is that HB 1664, making the VLDS a duty of the State Council and continuing the required reporting of wage and debt data for for all academic programs, has been passed by the Senate without objection.

HB 2262 creating the Virginia Online Network was amended in the Senate, the House rejected the amendments, and it was sent to conference. Both chambers adopted the conference report, so it too moves to the governor.

HB 1662 on dual enrollment was also passed by the Senate and its companion bill SB 1534 also passed. 

So, changes are coming.
