The Student Success Index (SSI) includes part-time and transfer students as well as first-time in college (FTIC) undergraduates. These data refer to undergraduate enrolled in 2008-09 at 4 year public institutions and either graduated or were still enrolled at final year of observation (extended time-to-completion). Students identified as Pell recipients received the award in their first year of enrollment.
