CategoriesDescriptions
Undergraduates:includes all undergraduate levels (freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior levels), as well as remedial and unclassified student levels.
Residency (In-State/Out-of-State):is based on the student's tuition classification as determined and reported by the institution, based on Appropriation Act and Code of Virginia provisions.
Term (Regular, Summer, and Annual): Indicates the term the student received financial aid. Regular session denotes both Fall and Spring term. Annual combines the aid the student received in both the regular and summer session.
Graduate/First Professional: Graduate and first professional students were not reported on the SCHEV financial aid files until 2004-05.
