General Fund (GF) Appropriations | State funding from tax revenues. | |

In-State FTE, Annual | A calculation of in-state enrollment based on total credit hours taken. | FTE, Annual | A calculation of enrollment based on total credit hours taken. | |

Inflation Adjustment | Takes into account the effect of inflation. It is accomplished by dividing a monetary time series by a price index, such as the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The deflated series is then said to be measured in "constant dollars," whereas the original series was measured in "current or nominal dollars."
